Speak Out Now On Assisted Living!

Text Size A  A  A

If you have experience with assisted living or adult homes in your community, please report your experience to the Department of Health (DOH) if your facility has applied for licensure. DOH is assessing provider applications for Adult Care Facilities (ACF) that are applying to be a licensed Assisted Living Residence (ALR), Enhanced Assisted Living Residence (EALR) and/or a Special Needs Assisted Living Residence (SNALR). Input from people in the community is important to make sure that good providers are licensed and poor providers are not.

See below for how you can easily check to see if your facility has applied and send a message.
Visit www.assisted-living411.org for more information.
