Sunday, October 25th dawned a spectacular autumn day and, with it, almost 5,000 New Yorkers filled Riverside Park for the 21st Annual Memory Walk. Thanks to our staunch supporters — reporters Alice Stockton-Rossini of 1010 WINS radio and Bill Ritter of WABC-TV Eyewitness News — the event was on the airways seemingly non-stop in the week leading up to the Walk and on Sunday morning. The Walk also garnered terrific coverage in a long feature story in Newsday, as well as on New York 1 News and WNBC-News 4 New York.
