What Do Caregivers Need?

Text Size A  A  A

If you are a Caregiver, you know that what you do is important and can have an impact on you physically, emotionally, spiritually, and socially.

We want to know what caregivers of individuals with Alzheimer’s disease need most and develop programs to meet those needs.

Participants are needed for a research study conducted through Touro College. If you are……

  • at least 21 years of age
  • A caregiver of someone with dementia
  • Providing care for a minimum of 4 hours daily for minimum of 6 months
  • Willing to participate in a 1 hour interview

Please contact Benny Baron, Oksana Dekhkanov, Talya Fruchter, or Shira Rubel at our email thesisgroup4@yahoo.com or at 631-665-1600 x242 as soon as possible. Interviews will be conducted from November 2007 until March 2008.

Please note that all participation is on a volunteer basis and all information will be kept confidential.
